KPMG is currently seeking an Associate in Digital Lighthouse for our Consulting practice.


  • Support the delivery of advisory services to clients related to business integration and testing

  • Conduct tests and result analyses to ensure software meets specified standards

  • Assist with the creation of Automation scripts for Regression Testing

  • Accountable for Triage of issues and defect resolution

  • Support in developing more predictive and intelligent testing approaches on automation and innovative testing products and solutions

  • Review own test conditions, test scripts / user stories, input test data, and expected results for all test phases


  • A minimum of one year of experience in software development, testing, project management, and business analysis

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in technical sciences or information systems

  • Prior knowledge of different software development methodologies (Waterfall, Iterative and Agile)

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Experience with Test Automation tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, MicroFocus UFT and Test Management tools such as JIRA, Rally and ALM

  • Strong knowledge of data analytics using SQL and MS Excel/VB scripting

  • Travel may be up to 80-100%
