Accounting Specialist

Are you looking to start your next opportunity as an Accounting Specialist in a fast paced environment? We are looking for someone who is experienced in Invoicing, Billing, and Reconcillations and has excellent customer sevice skills to joing a growing team! This position will be in located in Atlanta and will be a Monday- Friday postion.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile weekly shipping charges and allocate to the appropriate accounts

• Research ships in question and monitor internal control systems

• Track activity metrics data for service level agreement (SLA) requirements

• Manage the presentation of the month-end data

• Ability to utilize Excel for tracking data

• Maintain a productive and professional relationship with internal and external clients
