A&C Technology - Senior Business Operations Leader based in Greece Preferred Qualifications MEA & Turkey A&C Technology - Senior Business Operations Leader Summary: Oracle's EMEA Alliances and Channels (A&C) organization is responsible for partner business management and revenue generated via channel, ongoing development and execution of A&C programs and strategies. Oracle partners are Oracle Partner Network program members. The MEA & Turkey A&C Business Operations Leader provides business and operational support to the MEA & Turkey Alliances & Channels organization, including analytics support, pipeline management, forecast process support, tracking top deals, data analysis, reporting of business goals. The role requires independent initiative as well as close collaboration with EMEA A&C Central Business Operations, Regional Business Operations Leaders for MEA&T, regional Finance, regional cluster leader & sales organization. Main responsibilities : + Provides business operational support to the Regional Cluster leader acting as Business Advisor. + Supports the Go-To-Market territory planning, drives implementation and governance model within the cluster in scope for new Fiscal Year. + Support the definition of key business indicators and regional reporting structures to ensure alignment to the yearly business priorities. + Preparation of quarterly reporting and data analysis to support business decisions. + Drives, participates and supports the roll-out and implementation of new tools, systems, enhancements or processes followed by ongoing support to ensure successful adoption and usage. + Provides feedback to Central A&C Business Operations lead and Regional Business Operations contact on existing tools and processes for further improvement. + Implements and drives partner processes & programs (partner readiness for deal closure, Open Market Model, Oracle Partner Store). + Manages execution of the day-to-day business operations including: + Drives & supports forecast process at cluster/regional level + Pipeline and opportunities tracking and analysis as per regional and cluster needs + Ongoing support and guidance on tools usage + Aligning Territory management & maintenance of territory defined hierarchy with central contact + Business analysis and reporting of key initiatives + Ensures good communications as needed with Central A&C Bus Ops, Regional A&C stakeholders, regional Finance, PBC, OMM. Requirements : + University Degree preferably in Business administration or Economics or Computer Sciences + Good knowledge of channel business + Good knowledge of project management, multi-tasking, problem solving and presentation skills + Excellent English written and verbal communication skills + Strong Computer Skills (MS Office, advanced knowledge of MS Excel) + Strong analytical skills, attention to details and orientation to correctness of results + Ability to work within tight deadlines, good time management skills, ability to prioritize requests + Self sufficient and motivated, professional behavior + Fast learner and easy adapting to change + Proven experience of working across business units, business analysis, managing complex processes and working in a remote environment + Minimum 3 year experience in similar role Detailed Description and Job Requirements Provides programs to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and compliance in support of the organization * s financial and tactical business objectives. Provides business practices and processes. Develops, communicates, and trains the organization on business practices and processes. Serve as a liaison with other divisions such as Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal, Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Risk Management in an effort to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing. Collect, input, verify, correct, and analyze data to measure key performance indicator actual versus business objectives. Provide updates to management regarding budget to actual, informing them of deviations and opportunities. Provide management with economic impact and compliance issues surrounding key business decisions and/or deals. Communicate Oracle Business Practices to the organization and monitor process and approvals for full compliance. Drive implementation of new processes and procedures. Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role. Attention to detail critical. Ability to collect, organize, and display data in spreadsheet format. Follow-through skills necessary to get information from internal and third parties and have data errors/omissions corrected. For this, relationship management skills strongly desired. Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with management and possible clients desired. 5 plus years relevant work experience.
