FLEX-STAFF, INC. Human Resource Assistant in APPLETON, Wisconsin

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Excellent long term position working in the Human Resource department! Essential Job Duties: Assisting with all aspects of the HR function including but not limited to recruiting, hiring, training and terminating employees Assisting with the management of employee benefits and compensation, employee records and personnel policies Back up to HR manager Complying with all general safety, quality, and food safety policies as well as responsible for reporting all safety, food safety, and quality to proper personnel Enforcing all company policies i.e. HR, Safety, SQF, etc, Keeping a central file of all job descriptions, create and post job open postings Completing orientation and on boarding for new hires Providing administrative support Requirements: 4 year degree in HR or Business Management 2-3 years of relevant work experience High level of knowledge of Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Excel, Publisher, Word, Adobe Professional, Access Great oral and written communication skills Ability to Multi-Task Qualified candidate should be customer focused, results driven, approachable, interpersonal, and have the ability to provide positive and corrective feedback to others Hours: Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm -- May be asked to come in early or stay late, must be flexible!
