Bureau Vertias North America Sales Executive Biofuels in Antwerp, Belgium

Sales EXECUTIVE / ACCOUNT MANAGER biofuels-renewable Fuels-Vegetable oils

the function

As a Sales Executive / Account Manager one of you primary responsibilities is to further develop our market position within North-

West Europe in the biofuels, renewable and feedstock market. In this context you strengthen cooperation with existing customers and you proactively approach new customers who want to make use of our services in matters of quantity and quality inspections. You achieve long term results by winning tenders for large contracts in which a project-based approach is important. Additionally you keep an eye on developments in the various markets in order to quickly respond on and develop, maintain and manage your

Market Sales plans.

  • identify and approach new or potential clients and ensure the growth of our market in accordance with objectives and forecast

  • ensuring customer retention and maximizing sales with these customers

  • Managing sales and revenue expectations and drawing up long-term agreements.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for a real sales tiger to go for that deal. To keep the sales funnel continuously filled, you focus on both long- term

and short-term deals. You can easily switch between various levels within an organization and you manage your relationships in order to achieve your objectives. Also important:

  • at least 3 years of experience in similar sales position

  • knowledge of raw materials and in any case affinity with biofuels, renewable fuels and vegetable oils

  • you are used to work with projects and marketing business cases

  • your strategic insight on behalf of business development

  • you are a good communicator

  • you can work independently, and you have a great measure of responsibility

  • Belgium or The Netherlands will be your home base, but you are willing to travel

  • Dutch and English language very well spoken and written, knowledge of French and/or German is a plus
