May act as the team lead on projects, providing coaching, guidance and feedback to develop skills of team members. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and leads detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.
6-8 years of experience relevant to this position including 3-4 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
This is a remote/office based position which may be performed anywhere in the United States except for within the state of Colorado.

In this role, the Oracle Cloud Customer Experience (CX) Technical Lead supports the consulting implementation team by leading the solution design and implementation approach for CX Sales and Service Cloud including Data Migrations and Integrations strategy and design. The Technical Lead also works with clients to lead the delivery of the technical design for the implementation.
Experience implementing Oracle Cloud CX Sales and Service Cloud applications in the role of Technical Lead within North America.
Ability to define the solution, present advanced product features, data migration and Integration strategies and specific benefits to the client.
Design, validate and present Oracle CX Cloud solutions to include advanced product concepts, future direction and integration and data migration strategies.
Build reusable solutions that allow additional feature implementations with Oracle Products
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
8 years of experience relevant to this position including 5 years of consulting experience in a Technical Lead role including Data Migration and/or Integration Lead.
Worked with at least three full implementations including Oracle Sales and Service Cloud, Data Migration and/or Integrations.
Understand the underlying data structure of the objects supporting CX Sales and Service Cloud is key for Data Migration Lead role.
Knowledge and experience with CX Sales and Service Cloud APIs including understanding the Fusion APIs for the Integration Lead role.
Data Migration, Integration and Customer Data Management solution design, development & deployment experience.
Understanding on Oracle Trading Community Architecture (TCA) and customer model in Oracle applications cloud is a plus.
Design and Configure Prospects, Organization & Person objects in CX Cloud applications.
Mapping Customer, Supplier, Partner, Contact, Address objects in CX Sales and Service Cloud.
Extension and Configuration skills with Application Composer, Groovy Scripting, Object Workflows, Functional Setup Manager is a plus.
Experience in designing customer data conflict resolution process, merge, survivorship and agreement rules is a plus.
Experience in enabling data quality, address verification and data stewardship functionalities.
Experience with DataFox or D&B data enrichment design and configurations within Oracle Sales and Service Cloud is a plus.
Experience in data export and import options and large data load design.
Ability to travel as needed.
Certification in one or more of the following is a plus: Oracle Sales Cloud, Oracle Engagement Cloud
Additional Technical Skillset:
Min 5 years of strong development experience
Middleware, OIC, IDE -JDeveloper, strong J2EE, Java, XML development and Oracle Fusion Apps)
Knowledgeable and experienced with web services standards and technology including WSDL, SOAP, REST, XML-Schema, Web Services and WS standards.
Experience with tools such as JDeveloper, Eclipse, Netbeans, Soap-UI. Integration experience with Oracle or other 3rd party applications.
