Oracle CX Sales and Service Cloud Functional Lead in Annapolis Junction, Maryland

An experienced consulting professional who has a broad understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. May act as the team lead on projects, providing coaching, guidance and feedback to develop skills of team members. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and leads detailed solutions for moderately complex projects. 6-8 years of experience relevant to this position including 3-4 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed. This is a remote/office based position which may be performed anywhere in the United States except for within the state of Colorado. In this role, the CX Sales and Service Cloud Functional Lead will be working to understand customer goals/requirements, expectations and challenges, analyze situations/data, for configuring or developing business & technical solutions on the Cloud. You will advise the Project Manager & other stakeholders from time to time on implementation aspects of the project. As a CX Cloud Lead, you would be responsible for the overall delivery quality on the project by ensuring team’s adherence to standard practices and procedures. Build an understanding of and leverage Oracle methodologies, tools and leading practices. Responsibilities: * Provide consistent high quality & innovative solution leadership on CX Cloud engagements by interacting with customers and other stakeholders to arrive at optimal solutions. * Analyze and understand client goals, challenges & areas of opportunity to align Oracle’s CX Cloud applications for building optimal functional & technical solutions based on Industry Best Practices. * Develop and deliver high quality presentations and demonstrations, present and articulate product features and benefits, and configure and test overall Oracle Cloud solutions that delight the clients * Effectively utilize the Oracle CX Sales & B2B Service Cloud platform, Integration and web technologies to deliver world class solutions * Collaborate with Sales Teams to support business development efforts in pursuing new opportunities and extensions. * Arrive at coherent conclusions by undertaking complex analysis/ application of reason / trace performance implications through complex data/scenarios * Prepare documentation detailing delivered solutions, integration & migration strategies, throughout the engagement * Adhere to all Oracle Cloud security policies, standards and procedures in the performance of job responsibilities * Mentor junior consultants in delivery of their customizations and ensure the solution approach is in-line with the best practices & future product road-map * Ability to formulate a broader perspective of an issue by recognizing the inter-dependencies and inter-play between elements * Promote knowledge by sharing lessons learned, innovations or new skills with team members * Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments. * Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and analytical skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment * Excellent customer facing & interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with all stakeholders. * Ability to travel and support customers across various time-zones. Required Experience / Expertise: * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science (BCA/MCA/ BSc Comp) or a technical field from a reputed 4-year college/university * 5 years’ experience with Oracle Sales and Service/Engagement Cloud * 8 years’ experience in the CX Domain * Proven experience as a techno-functional consultant/lead on at least two large-scale full-life cycle implementations of Oracle CX Sales & B2B Service Cloud Applications, with strong implementation expertise in at least two of the following is a must o + Sales Force Automation Cloud + B2B Service Cloud (Engagement Cloud) + Incentive Compensation Cloud + Sales Performance Management Cloud + Partner Relationship Management Cloud * Deep understanding of Sales Processes including Customer, Contact and Activity Management; Lead Management; Opportunity Management; Territory Management; Forecasting and Quotas. * Strong techno-functional skills in proposing, designing optimal solutions, including ownership of the overall solution for customizations/integrations on Oracle CX Sales & B2B Service Cloud Projects. * Experience implementing all CX UIs (Web, Mobile, Outlook) * Deep understanding of Sales Processes including Customer, Contact and Activity Management; Lead Management; Opportunity Management; Territory Management; Forecasting and Quotas * Experience working with or as a part of Sales Management teams and Sales Force Automation solutions * Experience working with or as a part of Service teams and solutions including incident management, service requests, call centers and self-service * Apply business process and product knowledge to Sales and Service challenges * Facilitate requirement gathering sessions Experience in the following applications is a plus but not required: * Oracle Service Cloud * Oracle Incentive Compensation Certification in one or more of the following: * Oracle Sales Cloud * Oracle Engagement Cloud Job: Consulting* *Organization: Oracle *Title: *CX Sales and Service Cloud Functional Lead Location: United States Requisition ID: 21000BV6
