job id-1388_5962-03ac1d297f56da9b8ad4f846029595The Strategic Planning and Decision Support Office is responsible for developing and leading the annual planning cycle and strategic management activities for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. This includes developing the organization wide long-term strategic plan and establishing processes to implement the plan, track progress and communicate. This team is responsible cultivating a culture of strategy and planning.We have an exciting opportunity to join this amazing team, as we are in search of a Strategic Planning Business Manager.The Strategic Planning Business Manager will function as an integral team member responsible for: Strategic plan development and management Business planning and forecasting Facilitation of retreats and meetings Internal and external data analysis to support decision making Project management, and Capacity planning to support facility planningA successful candidate will be a self-starter, have strategic planning experience and demonstrated abilities to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously. Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work across a diverse organization at all levels are critical to be successful in this role.
