Reviews financial and budget variances and accounts payable documents./span/lilispanEnsures a safe environment exists and all maintenance activities are in compliance with State, Federal and Company requirements./span/lilispanInitiates and implements projects that improve efficiency and/or reduce operating costs./span/lilispanSupervises bus fueling, building and grounds keeping./span/lilispanCompletes special projects as assigned. Required to perform hands-on work activities./span/li/ulspanMaintenance Manager job requirements:/spanullispanTechnical training preferred/span/lilispanValid driver's license; CDL preferred/span/lilispan5+ years of hands-on mechanical supervisory experience/span/lilispan2 - 4 years of Maintenance Manager experience for a paratransit service/span/lilispanExperience with small cutaway vehicles/span/lilispanDirect automotive, diesel or alternative fuel repair experience/span/lilispanLeadership and team-building skills/span/lilispanStrong written and oral communication skills/span/lilispanExcellent computer skills/span/lilispanASE Certifications preferred, but not required /span/lilispanMay require lifting of up to 50 lbs./span/lilispanSubject to a drug screen/span/li/ull
