ManpowerGroup Assistant Manager - Zippy Auto Wash in Ann Arbor, Michigan

Manpower, Inc. of SE Michigan is currently seeking Auto Wash Assistant Managers for Zippy Auto Wash in Ann Arbor. Opportunities are available on first and second shifts and pay $15.00 per hour! Potential to start immediately! Opportunity for overtime! Candidates with good attendance and performance will be considered for direct hire and advancement. Selected candidates will be responsible assisting the Manager with operating the auto wash and managing the site when the Manager is not present. Candidates will also be responsible for completing site opening & closing procedures, monitoring the wash process, adjusting and maintaining equipment, and answering & resolving customer questions & concerns. Lastly, selected candidates will be responsible for greeting customers, guiding customers / vehicles onto conveyor, and preparing vehicles for wash, while providing outstanding customer service and helping to maintain a clean and functional site. Qualifications include supervisory experience in the service industry preferred, as well as strong leadership and customer service skills required.
