Job Description:
Join our team as a Sr. Healthcare Financial Analyst! This position directly supports a critical access hospital within the HealthPartners service line, Amery Hospital, and plays an integral role in the business planning and decisions made by the service line executive and director, evaluates existing programs and creates strategic growth initiatives that improve the organization’s financial performance, develops financial reporting dashboards and analytical tools using McKesson Explorer Analytics.PLEASE NOTE: This position will be located in Amery, Wisconsin. Join our team and make good happen!Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree and 4 + years of related experience and/or 2+ years of hospital experience
OR
Master’s degree and 2+ years of work related or hospital experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a critical access hospital
Experience with McKesson Horizon Business Intelligence including Explorer Analytics
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Knowledge of healthcare industry operations
Knowledge of accounting and statistical theory and practice
High proficiency in Excel and Access
Strong analytical, intellectual and communication skills
