We use the power of data and advanced analytics to help our customers make better, timelier decisions.By bringing clarity to information, we ultimately help make communities safer, insurance rates more accurate, commerce more transparent, business decisions easier and processes more ef?cient.Product ManagerThe Product Manager demonstrates an in-depth knowledge on the use of information in the insurance (or related) industry and LexisNexis products (e.g., contributory, MVR and credit), product management principles and laws and regulations (including FCRA, DPPA and GLBA regulations) governing data protection and security. Serves as product owner and SME for a product. Applies experience and expertise to oversee product performance and ensure ongoing and increasing market value. Leads projects to apply new functionality or processes to improve the value/performance of assigned product(s). Analyzes customer trends and applies information to track on going performance of the product. Internal advisor across the pillars for product functionality, regulatory and legal matters for assigned products. Working with verticals, client engagement, operations and technology, evaluates and implements new product ideas and product improvements. Consistently performs role with a higher degree ofautonomy.Develop and Enhance Products: * Implement the product vision, roadmap and business plan. * For new product(s) and major product enhancements, manage the GTM methodology: * Recommend business requirements for assigned product features. * Monitor the release process. * Develop conceptual and evolutionary product plans that meet measurable benchmarks of customer satisfaction and will exceed customer expectations for functionality and user interface.. * Manage the ongoing life cycle responsibilities for product(s). Market and Sell the Product: * Support Client Engagement activities including customer presentations, retrospective analysis, internal and external product training and implementation recommendations. * Develop and deliver materials to the appropriate marketing and sales organizations. * Provide written and verbal communication of product performance, training needs, product updates, issues, industry changes, SWOT changes, etc. within the organization, as needed.Support the Product: * Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for product. * Monitor day-to-day operations of product(s).Financial Management: * Track transaction & revenue trends and profitability including monitoring of current year production versus budget and prior year. * Analyze management and financial reports, identifying and reporting on trends as needed. Conceptual Thinking: * Demonstrated expertise with problem analysis and solving. * Excellent organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail and accuracy. * Demonstrated ability to work and to meet deadlines in a fast-paced and challenging environment. * Ability to achieve and maintain positive rapport with diverse customers to give them high quality, responsive service. * Ability to work independently while keeping management appropriately informed. * General understanding of business principles and typical business practices and a solid understanding of financial principles.Requirements: * Bachelor's Degree in business or other quantitative field. MBA or equivalent preferred. * Min 5-7 years of experience in a product management function, preferably in insurance, (or related field) or data decisioning. * Experience in managing or defining business analytics solutions a plus. * Strong organizational and time-management skills involving workload prioritization * Works well in team environment * Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) * Strong
