VIVA USA Inc Manufacturing Technician in Alpharetta, Georgia

The Level 2 Manufacturing Technician’s responsibility is assembling and wiring semi-complex control cabinets for PG ES IC AM MF. In addition, he/she should ensure good quality on the cabinet builds, proactively coordinating with the manufacturing leads and hardware engineering in attaining maximum productivity and safety awareness.


• Ability to read electrical schematic and sub-panel layout drawings along with other production/manufacturing instructions to assemble electrical panels. • Ability to resolve semi-complex manufacturing problems and participates in troubleshooting activities with Manufacturing Leads on control panel assemblies • Upholds all applicable codes, standards and manufacturing workmanship guidelines on panel assemblies. • Participates and supports continuous improvement initiatives. • Helps develop estimates of requirements arising from process changes • Must be able to interface and communicate effectively with the manufacturing team and hardware engineering to ensure completion of tasks and projects. • Ensures manufacturing Safety supporting Zero Harm Culture (ZHC). Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent • Good understanding on electrical schematics • Must be flexible and willing to work overtime and alternate shifts as needs arise. • Ability to work independently; follows written and oral instructions; good communication skills • 3 to 5 years experienced with

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, climb ladders, and stand for longer period of time. • Ability to work effectively with team members at all levels. • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) • Good attendance is required. • Must demonstrate good safety and quality practices.
