POSITION SUMMARY & KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY: * Implement people strategies that include assessing organizational performance and providing consistent, customized solutions that can include organizational design, supporting organizational change, employee engagement, cultural assessment and gap analysis, leadership and team development and other interventions to support individual, team and organizational performance * Facilitate organizational development interventions that may include such projects as assessment design and new leader assimilation * Act as a change agent; lead, support and contribute to a significant organizational and cultural change program, driving and championing the implementation of HR solutions, gaining acceptance from key stakeholders. * Consult with business leaders regarding function specific organizational and team performance needs * Drive and support communication plans across the project/organization. * Collaborate with Talent and Development organization to leverage the global learning infrastructure to deliver competency-based learning needs * Partner with Total Rewards to execute compensation administration * Partner with Talent Acquisition on executing workforce plan and drive hiring activities of an organizationBASIC QUALIFICATIONS: * Bachelor's Degree required, 5+ years of related HR experience * Proven experience of working in partnership and building strong working relationships with senior managers * Demonstrable experience of coaching and influencing senior managers with the ability to negotiate and influence effectively at all levels of the organization * Experience in organizational and leadership development practices * Proven ability to analyze data to solve complex problems, as well as using data to quantify and measure success * Proven track record of implementing people priorities associated with significant organizational change and redesign programPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Masters Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration * Understanding of project management principles and experience of managing projects to successful conclusion * Knowledgeable with Workday * Ability to coach business partners with formal 360 assessment and development toolsWe are an equal opportunity employer: qualified applicants are considered for and treated during employment without regard to race, color, creed, religion, sex, national origin, citizenship status, disability status, protected veteran status, age, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information, or any other characteristic protected by law.
