PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
As a Financial Reporting Manager, you will be responsible for the internal financial reporting function with a primary focus on consolidated GAAP P&L and balance sheet as well as related financial statement reporting and analysis. In this role, you will perform monthly and quarterly analyses of financial results and trends for distribution to executive management and various value-add projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE
Lead various financial analyses to investigate financial results and understand impacts, including account rollforwards and other reporting for the quarterly executive financial review
Evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of the company’s processes and procedures
Assist in various integration activities, including providing and implementing recommendations for business improvements
Assist with analyses and research related to acquisitions, dispositions, debt offerings, and other financial accounting and reporting matters
Review monthly and quarterly financial statements with a focus on the consolidated GAAP P&L and balance sheet
Partner with external auditors to provide reporting and support for the completion of quarterly reviews and annual audits
DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
4+ years of financial reporting experience
Experience working in a large public company
Prior management experience
