PRG offers our apprentices a structured training program with regularly scheduled performance evaluations (quarterly) that reward success with increased compensation.QUALIFICATIONSAbility to work swing shift First (7:00 - 3:00) / Second (3:00 to 11:00) every other week.High School Diploma or GED.Two-year degree from a technical school preferred, but not required.Strong mechanical aptitude.Good basic math skills.Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English.Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds and able to stand for up to 12 hours.Ability to work well with others.Overtime and weekend work required throughout the year.Precision Roll Grinders is an equal opportunity employer.
