CPS Junior Project Manager Estimator in Allentown, Pennsylvania

Job Description We have an immediate opening for a entry level Project Manager/Estimator. The successful candidate will manage all aspects of industrial services projects from inception to completion. PM/Estimator responsibilities include but are not limited to: defining a customer's scope of work and requirements, writing proposals, executing contracts, permitting, scheduling equipment, subcontractors, and man power, monitoring project progress and any contractual changes, writing change orders, communicating with clients/coworkers, assisting with invoicing, project closeouts. Responsibilities: andmiddot; Estimate, organize and schedule labor and equipment necessary for all field activities including tank cleaning and removal; remediation; collection of samples for analysis; and other field operations typical to the industry. Maintain Field Services scheduling board and company calendar andmiddot; Prepare accurate quotes to the customer in a timely fashion and follow through to execution. andmiddot; Schedule and perform job walks at customer sites to gather all necessary information for scheduling and pricing; interface with customers and Sales in a professional manner to evaluate and ensure overall deliverables are met in the desired time frame agreed upon by Sales and customer. andmiddot; Secure all subcontractor pricing and ensure that the subcontractor(s) delivers their services in a professional and safe manner. andmiddot; Ensure all agreements are in place, equipment, manpower, and supplies are available to effectively and efficiently complete each job. andmiddot; Work with our Technical team on any disposal quotations and profiles. andmiddot; Uphold company safety program, site-related work orders and safety plan documentation, and monitor application. Schedule pre-job safety meetings to discuss in-depth safety requirements to identify any job hazards. andmiddot; Start, review, and submit job folder to accounting to ensure proper billing upon completion of jobs. andmiddot; Approve subcontractor and/or supplier invoices. andmiddot; Field phone calls from customers for Emergency Responses and manage project from start to finish taking into account the location, severity, materials and manpower that is required. andmiddot; Act as liaison with any government agency on jobs andmiddot; Suggest/discuss alternate methods based on past experiences. andmiddot; Physically perform emergency response work if no other resources are available.
