Lockheed Martin Budget and Administration Support / Active Clearance / Alexandria, VA in Alexandria, Virginia

Description: Lockheed Martin is seeking a Budget and Administration Support. Essential duties include preparing, staffing, and tracking tasking messages. Maintains files in accordance with Army policy and organizational knowledge management guidance. Contributes to, and/or develop resource requirement documentation (e.g. DOTMLPF-P Change Recommendations (DCR), Initial Capability Documents (ICD), Capability Development Documents (CDD), and Capability Production Documents (CPD)). Reviews and/or provides recommendations to Government personnel pertaining to development of the annual investment spend plan and execution Attends and provides technical support to various capability commodity working groups and/or IPTs

Works closely with Higher Headquarters, Capability Developers, and Program Offices to support programs and projects. Assists Government personnel with collection and dissemination of information. Develops and integrates briefings, reports, and written correspondence in response to formal and informal taskers

Develops, administers, and maintains data libraries, information sites, and collaboration tools on NIPR and SIPR networks and web portals

Maintains calendar that informs actions, suspense's, meetings, and general situational awareness Track and manage project status(s). Performs quality assurance checks on all correspondence to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards, policies, and guidance. Maintains access to Sensitive Activities networks and portals necessary to collaborate and provide Requirements and Acquisitions support to include but not limited to XNET, JIANT, LAN-A, LANB, SAP L and SAP H

Basic Qualifications:

Experience supporting DoD acquisition programs

Experience in SOF or the IC

Experience working in a classified environment

Active TS Clearance eligible for access to SCI

Desired Skills:

Technical experience, as a user, maintainer, or acquirer, in one or more of the following: C41SR, Information Operations, Electronic Warfare, Cybersecurity, Signals Intelligence, Soldier, Survival Equipment, and Airborne Systems

DAWIA Level I training in Program Management or Requirements Management Level B certification Possess a valid state driver's license

Working knowledge of JCIDS and SOFCIDS and USSOCOM Directives 70-1 and 71-4

Working knowledge of the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process Working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Acquisition Guidebook

(DAG)
