Below are the details for the REMOTE call center position.

They are open 24/7 and are looking for someone with open availability for shifts at different times of day, including weekends.

Start Dates: Two training classes Sept. 21st and 28th

Pay Rate: $14.00/hr

Contract Length: 4-6 month contract to hire

Worksite Location: REMOTE

Schedule: Urgently is a 24/7 Operation and is seeking open availability. Shifts will be provided for 5 days a week, 8 hours a day, with back to back days off. Shifts will be determined and communicated at least 1 week in advance of working the hours.

Job Description:

  • Use the company's platform to manage roadside events.

  • Take Inbound/Outbound calls from customers and service providers.

  • Possess the ability to effectively diffuse high tension situations

  • Follow established polices for communication to both parties.

  • Answer incoming phone lines and process the information in an accurate, timely, and courteous manner.

  • Follow established policies for caller active listening and probing, information gathering, and customer service.

  • Use logic/comprehensive reasoning skills to address and resolve customer roadside assistance issues

  • Call potential providers and assist with onboarding or platform support as well as perform other duties assigned, after all, wearing many hats is part of the start-up life!

Required:

  • 1-2 minimum year customer service experience (any industry)

  • Customer Service via phone is highly preferred but customer service via face to face (i.e. retail) will also be considered

  • Ability to type 35 wpm

  • Ability to work from home
