Job Description

To provide timely, courteous, efficient and accurate support in an effort to provide excellent customer service to our customers, co-workers and technicians.

Job Requirements

  • collecting, processing and cross checking employees payroll to be sure it's posted timely and accurately

  • coding and processing departmental credit cards

  • creating and accurately posting purchase orders

  • creating job numbers, processing contracts and invoicing time and materials, progress billings, and lump sum bid jobs (weekly, monthly, annually and as needed)

  • self-motivated and productive

  • organization skills - this position requires keeping back up of everything
