Kelly Services Scanning /Archival Operations Associate, Alachua, FL in Alachua, Florida

Kelly Services is currently hiring for a Scanning/Archival Operations Associate in Alachua, FL with a local Biotechnology company. Temp to Hire opportunity.

Pay Rate: $17.25 hour

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

Mandatory overtime in evening and on weekends and holidays, when needed to meet project timelines. Must be flexible in regard to work schedule.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • The position will provide clerical support to help maintain cGMP compliance in all operating units with a focus on document management (scanning, filing, archival, tracking, and reconciliation) and assisting QA Auditors. 80%

  • May be required to maintain and generate reports from tracking databases under the control of the Document Control Department. 10%

  • May be required to support audits by locating appropriate documentation and personnel needed to support the audit. 5%

  • Other duties as assigned by the Quality Systems and Document Control Supervisor 5%.

  • Department is a combination of Quality Systems and Document Control which is currently rebuilding – goal is to employ reliable, self-motivated individuals who possess necessary teamwork skills to accomplish departmental goals.

High level competency in the following skills:

  • Attention to detail/accuracy

  • Communication/customer service skills

  • Ability to prioritize with flexibility as changes arise

  • Independent worker with minimal assistance

Knowledge, Skill, and Requirements:

  • A high school diploma and one year of appropriate experience.

  • The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

  • Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

  • Ability to communicate in a dynamic environment.
