POSITION SUMMARY:

Signet is seeking a full-time Senior Digital Analyst. This opportunity is available to both on-site and remote workers. Signet has offices in Dallas, Texas and Akron, Ohio.

This role will work directly with Signet’s digital product team to provide strategic insight and analysis across multiple data sets and systems. Emphasis will be placed on better understanding our customer’s site journey by identifying bottlenecks and opportunities to improve our customer’s omnichannel experience. In doing so, this role will work closely with multiple business partners to create new customer experiences and value-add features to drive revenue. Applicable data platforms will include Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, third party data sources, Salesforce, LivePerson, and Signet’s internal data lake. In addition to reporting and analysis, this team will focus on the integration, validation, and democratization of new and existing data sources.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Perform website conversion funnel analysis and optimization

  • Develop and monitor success criteria of digital enhancements made to our site

  • Develop KPI and ROI performance analysis with the goal of providing recommendations for optimization and improvement

  • Create lifecycle user stories to better understand our guests omni-channel shopping experience

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

Education Required: Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Statistics, or similar field.

Years of Job-Related Experience Required: 3- 5 years of digital analytics experience

Technical/Other Skills Required: Experience with BI tools including – Microsoft Excel, Alteryx, and/or Tableau. Experience working with Adobe and/or Google Analytics or similar web analytics tool
