Essential Duties and Responsibilities:1) Orders, receives, inventory, stores, maintains and issues supplies and equipment to support daily Operations2) Process transactions in accordance with Army Supply policy using Global Combat Support System–Army(GCSS-Army) or manual systems3) Maintains asset visibility using GCSS-Army4) Maintains records and historical files and manages Hand Receipts in accordance with Army Records InformationManagement System (ARIMS)5) Maintain a consistent data integrity rate of 100% of all transactions conducted6) Performs document register reconciliations as required. Assists in ensuring contract provisions are met7) Coordinates with outside resources to maintain sustainment operations8) Researches and resolves inventory and/or system problems9) Generates daily, weekly and monthly reports as required by department10) Serves as part of a mobile property accountability team whose function is to establish accountability for variousunits throughout the AOR11) Verifies part numbers, general quantity or condition, and label or data plate information12) Performs general equipment inspection and prepare necessary documentation (automated and manual) toaccount for property through hand-receipt holder level13) Duties may vary contingent on assigned department14) Ensure strict compliance to safety practices and support the AC FIRST Safety Policies and Procedures15) Instills a safety first mentality within respective work areas and a culture that achieves low accident rates andminimal lost-time injuries16) Adhere to ISO Policies, Procedures, and Work Instructions in support of the AC FIRST Quality ManagementSystem17) Performs other duties as assigned

Clearance Required:a) Active Secret / Tier 3Certification & Licensea) GCSS-Army Certification required for US Citizensb) Valid driver’s license requiredc) Safety Trained Supervisor (STS) BCSP Certification required (within 90 days of appointment)Education:a) Associates Degree is preferredExperience:a) Must have 2-4 years of property book experience.b) US Army 92Y or 92A preferredc) Must possess knowledge and experience in the use of GCSS-Army, and Logistics Information Warehouse (LIW)d) Must possess knowledge in the use of technical manuals (TMs), Supply Catalogs (SCs), Component HandReceipts and Shortage Annexes.e) Must have experience with performing the following functions: Maintaining Unit hand receipts, perform assetadjustments, lateral transfers and update authorizations on the property book. Request equipment items, followup and cancel supply transactions. Post supply status and receipt information to the activity register. Create andprint hand receipts, activity register and property book reportsf) Must have familiarization with AR 735-5, AR 710-2 and DA PAM 710-2-1g) Must possess a strong understanding of DA and DD Formsh) Work experience may be substituted for educational requirements and/or educational achievements may besubstituted for years of experience. Example: Two (2) years of experience is equivalent to (2) years of collegeand vice versaSpecialized knowledge and skills:a) Knowledge/experience with Logistics Information Warehouse (LIW), Army Enterprise Systems IntegrationProgram (AESIP) and Global Combat Support System–Army (GCSS-Army)b) Must possess the ability to prioritize, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and interact at all levelsc) Must possess the ability to work independently with minimal supervision; ability to work in a team-based, highlycollaborative environmentd) Must possess the ability to work well under pressure and around tight deadlinese) Must have organizational, analytical, written and oral communication skillsf) Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy is requiredg) Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, SharePoint) and other softwareprograms to assist with special projects, process business unit invoices, and other compliance programs
