The purpose of this position is to offer the best possible customer satisfaction for busienss succss by managing customer requests and maintaining good relationships with those customers. uJob Responsibilities/uemPre Sales/emulliAssist Credit Department and Sales Managers in setting up new accounts in SMART and SAP/liliMaintain Customer master data/li/ulemSales/emulliOrder acceptance and entry: domestic and import (indent)/liliOrder change management/liliMonitoring of open orders and working in conjunction with Supply Chain and Logistics in exception management of order fulfillment (sales order-material-delivery) including proactive communication to customers/liliOrder delivery tracking as needed/liliException management as required: Manage customer inventory (VMI) and review customer electronic portals/li/ulemAfter Sales/emulliComplaint entry and closure of assigned tasks/liliOrganize returns/liliCredit-/debit request entry in SAP (indent only)/li/ulemE-Business/emulliAssist E-Business manager in evaluating potential E-Business customers/liliSupport customers in implementation/liliAssist E-Business Team with exception management/li/ulemCustomer Support/emulliManage customer requests/liliMaintain good relationships with customers/liliMonitor order patterns/liliVisit Customers with Sales Managers/liliProactively communicate order status/delays incl. "courtesy" calls/li/ulemSales Manager / Key Account Manager Support/emulliCommunicate regularly with Sales/Key Account Managers (exchange information and assist each other in support of customer)/liliVisit customers with Sales/Key Account Managers as required/li/ul uQualifications/uulliAssociates degree required; Bachelors degree preferred/liliMinimum 4 years customer service experience/liliMust have knowledge of SAP software and/or similiar workplace application programs ( Oracle)/liliBasic knowledge of logistical processes/liliExcellent computer skills: Microsoft Office/li/ulemSocial Competencies/emulliCustomer- and Service- oriented/liliExcellent communication skills, both written and oral/liliAbility to deal with conflicts/liliAbility to work under pressure/liliExcellent time management and organizational skills/liliTeam skills/liliSelf-reliance/liliAccuracy/liliCultural and global understanding/li/ul
