Responsibilities

Perspect is looking for a Risk Manager in support of Project Manager, Sensors Aerial Intelligence (PM SAI) and the Program Executive Office for Intelligence, Electronic Warfare & Sensors (PEO IEW&S). PEO IEW&S provides tactically relevant manned Aerial Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (AISR) to the United States Army, U.S. Army Reserves, U.S. Army National Guard and Department of Defense (DoD) Aerial Exploitation Battalions (AEBs), Combatant Commanders (COCOMs) and Task Forces (TFs) in support of both persistent missions and current, and emerging, Overseas Contingency Operations (OCO).

  • Responsible for coordinating Risk and Opportunity activities across the PM SAI portfolio

  • Provides Risk and Opportunity data, analysis, and recommendations to PM SAI Government Leadership Assess contractor's Risk Management plans Administer Risk and Opportunity databases Track progress against risk mitigation and risk exploitation plans and established metrics. Perform Risk and Opportunity analysis to support program decision making

  • Coordinate and manage internal and external risk and opportunity boards and identification meetings

  • Oversee the development of new Risk and Opportunities Assess and track Risk Mitigation Plans and Opportunity Capture Plans

  • Oversee supplier and contractor Risk and Management implementations Review Risk and Management proposal information

  • Provide Risk and Opportunity information/input for EAC reviews

  • Provide Risk and Opportunity information/input for IMS updates

  • Responsible for training colleagues in Risk and Opportunity processes, tools, and methods \

  • Work with various IPTs to support their Risk and Opportunity management processes

Qualifications

5 years of government Risk Management experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree Experience with the June 2015 DOD Risk, Issue and Opportunity Management Guide for Defense Acquisition Systems

The successful candidate must be a U.S. Citizen and possess and be able to maintain SECRET Security Clearance, as a qualification and condition for employment.
