Skills Required to Make a Great “Impression” on Our Team
Receive requests from various avenues
Ensure HIPAA requirements are being met by confirming HIPAA compliant release
Only provide information that is covered by release and the request
Send in a timely manner (within 30 days unless otherwise specified)
Assist field teams:
Manage requests of the field team members to create and provide customized documentation for patient concerns
Provide insight on patient situations and discuss possible avenues for resolution
Assist with logins for various vendor sites
Regular use of Microsoft Outlook to communicate with team members, vendors, patients, providers, etc.
Regular phone calls with team members, vendors, patients, providers, etc
Frequent contact with third party vendors to add users or offices, troubleshooting, discuss functionality
Receive, review and approve or deny patient dismissals
If approved, draft official dismissal letters to be sent to patients.
Assure proper documentation of dismissals has been completed
Assist in addressing patient grievances:
Receive patient concerns
Review for validity and cause for the concern
Work with patient, team members, and outside providers (when appropriate) to resolve concern
Additional tasks as needed:
There will be times in which one team member needs additional assistance to meet a deadline
